PCIC co-founder, Dr. David Buck, in collaboration with experts from UH College of Medicine and Baylor College of Medicine, has published research on methods to advance integrated care for individuals experiencing homelessness, highlighting PCIC's efforts in scalable care coordination and data sharing mechanisms.

Bridging gaps in care coordination for homeless populations is a complex task that requires addressing attitudinal and behavioral changes, as patients hold more control over chronic and preventive care.
